i've always been a tepid fan of hell's kitchen; it lacks a little oomph. i'm not sure why gordon ramsay didn't enter the american tv market with kitchen nightmares because the bbc version is WAY AWESOME.
temper tantrums, frequent cursing, childish pouting, scathing sarcasm... this is seriously (reality) tv at its best. please sample for yourself:

i think the question now is, who doesn't find a blue halo and matching highlights wildly attractive?
